Sales Representative Job Description:
This position is an excellent chance to build (or expand) a strong book of business with the backing of a well-established national commercial roofing contractor.
In this role, you will develop new client relationships with building owners, property managers, facility directors, and general contractors. Responsibilities include conducting roof inspections, identifying client needs, preparing proposals, and closing commercial roofing projects while delivering exceptional customer service.
While prior experience in commercial roofing sales is preferred, we are most interested in the right person — a driven, results-oriented professional eager to grow with our team.

- Base Pay + unlimited commission on all sold jobs (strong earning potential for high performers)

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior outside sales experience required. Commercial roofing, construction, or building envelope sales is a strong plus (we value talent and drive over perfect industry experience).
- Book of Business: Welcomed, but not required — we support hunters who know how to create their own opportunities.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with iPhone, web-based CRM, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Physical Requirements: Able to climb ladders, inspect roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Other: Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no major violations in the past 3 years). Must be authorized to work in the United States (we use E-Verify).
