  • Subsidiaries, Employees, and Independent Contractors: We may disclose Site visitor information to our subsidiaries, our employees, and individuals who are our independent contractors that need to know the information in order to help us provide our services to our Users and their Sites, or to process the information on our behalf. We require our subsidiaries, employees, and independent contractors to follow this Privacy Notice for information about visitors that we share with them.
  • Third Party Vendors: We may share Site visitor information with third party vendors who need to know this information in order to provide their services to us. • Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, or in the unlikely event that Automattic goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, Site visitor information would likely be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. Public information may also be indexed by search engines or used by third parties.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Biometric Data Collection and Retention Policy

Peach State Roofing, Inc. (“Company”) may collect, store, and use Biometric Data for certain
purposes described below, and it may disclose that Biometric Data in certain circumstances. This
Policy explains what that means for you, and how you consent to Company’s activities.

Definitions

“Biometric Data” as used in this Policy includes both: (i) “Biometric Identifiers”, meaning a
facial, retina or iris scan, fingerprint, voiceprint, or scan of hand or face geometry or other
physiological traits. Biometric Identifiers do not include writing samples, written signatures,
photographs, human biological samples used for scientific testing or screening, demographic
data, tattoo descriptions, or physical descriptions such as height, weight, hair color, or eye color;
and (ii) “Biometric Information”, meaning any information, regardless of how it is captured,
converted, stored, or shared, that is based on Biometric Identifiers, including a facial, retina or
iris scan, fingerprint, voiceprint, or scan of hand or face geometry, that is used to identify an
individual.

Data Collection and Purpose

Company uses the Ford Pro Fleet Management System to manage our fleet and improve driver
safety. As part of that system, we utilize the Ford Pro Telematics Device with Dashcam that is
offered in partnership between Ford Pro and Lytx, Inc. (the “Dashcam”), which includes both a
road-facing camera to capture video footage of critical events, along with an inward facing
camera. The Dashcam technology operates, in part, through scans of a driver’s face and therefore
may involve the collection of Biometric Data under Illinois law. The Dashcam technology allows
Company to use the data collected to analyze driving and driver performance, analyze driver
distractions, improve customer service, optimize efficiency, improve safety, and to analyze harsh
driving events. Using the features on the Dashcam enhances safety by increasing the efficacy of
Ford Pro’s and Lytx’s driver-based insights and also helps Company maintain accurate logs of
our operations.

The data collected using the Dashcam will be disclosed to Ford Pro and Lytx and stored on Ford
Pro’s and Lytx’s cloud servers. Ford Pro and Lytx will have access to the data to perform the
functions of Ford Pro’s services agreement with Company. A copy of Ford Pro’s privacy policy
is available at https://www.fordpro.com/en-us/privacy/?intcmp=fproclp-dashcam_privacy. A
copy of Lytx’s privacy policy is available at https://www.lytx.com/en-us/privacy-policy and a

Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (“CUBI”), Washington’s RCA 19.375 and the
Colorado Privacy Act. Any definitions relating to biometric data in those statutes shall apply to
this Policy to the extent that those statutes are applicable. Specifically, Company shall use a reasonable standard of care to store, transmit and protect from disclosure any Biometric Data
collected. Such storage, transmission and protection from disclosure shall be performed in a
manner that is the same as or more protective than the manner in which Company stores, transmits
and protects from disclosure other confidential and sensitive information, including personal
information that can be used to uniquely identify an individual such as social security numbers.
Any Biometric Data collected from drivers using the Dashcam will not be disclosed to parties
other than Company or Lytx or Ford Pro, except in the following circumstances: (1) after
Company obtains appropriate written consent from the driver(s); (2) when disclosure completes
a financial transaction requested or authorized by the driver(s); (3) when disclosure is required
by federal, state, or local law; or (4) when disclosure is required by a valid subpoena or warrant
issued by a court. Within Company, the Biometric Data may be shared with only those employees
who have a need to know for a specific business purpose.

Retention and Destruction of Biometric Data

Company will retain any Biometric Data collected using the Dashcam during the time that an
individual is employed by Company in a role for which the the Dashcam is used. At the
conclusion of the employment relationship, or upon an employee’s transfer to a position for which
the Dashcam is not utilized, whichever occurs first, Company will permanently delete the
Biometric Data that it retained. In any event, any Biometric Data will be permanently deleted
within one year of the driver’s last contact with Company, although Company is allowed to retain
such Biometric Data up to the applicable statutory limitations as necessary. Absent a valid
warrant or subpoena issued by a court of competent jurisdiction or in the event or anticipation of
litigation, Company will comply with this retention schedule and destruction guidelines.
